Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess customers’ end-to-end content supply chain and define a future-state roadmap aligned to business goals.
  • •Define success metrics connecting content performance to customer experience outcomes.
  • •Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, managing scope and risks to ensure implementation reflects business needs.
  • •Lead change management, adoption strategies, and continuous value realization across phased rollouts.
  • •Maintain knowledge of Adobe’s content and personalization portfolio to prioritize requirements and guide phased value delivery while the technical team handles implementation details.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on knowledge of business processes and operations tied to content planning, production, management, operations, and analysis.
  • •Knowledge of the digital marketing field with practical experience applying it to content and customer experience outcomes.
  • •Project management and project building skills to drive initiatives forward.
  • •At least one technical skill area, including fundamentals of web content production stack (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, web servers, CDNs, databases, etc.).
  • •Or understanding requirements definition, configuration, and development for digital marketing products (data analysis, customer segmentation, and content delivery configuration).
