Treating Supervisor

Supervise production operations for multiple departments and shifts, managing teams to hit cost, profit, and production goals. Lead training and development, coach employees, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with UFP policies, applicable law, and safety standards. Manage inventory, drive continuous improvement initiatives, prepare reports, and participate in the Safety Committee; if assigned, handle hazardous material procedures and may operate a forklift.
