Key Responsibilities

  • •Define intervention strategies for mature wells, including rigless interventions, workovers, recompletions, stimulation, cleanout, water shutoff, integrity remediation, and abandonment preparation.
  • •Select and evaluate downhole tools, technologies, deployment methods, and operational approaches to address production, injectivity, access, and integrity challenges.
  • •Integrate reservoir, production, well integrity, completion, facilities, logistics, HSE, and commercial requirements into practical intervention solutions.
  • •Plan and execute intervention activities, including intervention sequences, resource needs, pressure control philosophies, logistics plans, and schedule considerations.
  • •Provide technical guidance and mentoring to intervention engineering teams, support customer discussions, and review intervention scopes to ensure executable assumptions aligned to field objectives.

  • •15+ years of experience in well interventions, completions, workovers, well integrity, and mature field production restoration activities.
  • •Strong expertise in well intervention, workover, and well integrity operations with deep knowledge of downhole tools, intervention methodologies, and deployment methods.
  • •Extensive knowledge of pressure control systems, well access constraints, and abandonment-related practices.
  • •Experience supporting projects from opportunity identification and design through execution, post-job evaluation, and performance monitoring.
