Senior Mechanical Engineer for Milwaukee mission-critical/data center projects. Design cooling and HVAC systems, air distribution, chiller plants, and alternative energy solutions. Leverage REVIT BIM, analyze site data, perform load calculations, and collaborate with designers, contractors, and vendors to deliver energy-efficient, compliant mechanical building systems with future-ready design standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Collect, compile, and analyze data from the work site, surveys, blueprints, schematics, data, technical drawings, and other matrices for project development, design, and construction.
•Perform engineering work and inspect proposed and existing site conditions to determine conformance with applicable rules, standards, and permits.
•Incorporate advanced technology and modeling techniques to account for proper installation and functioning of equipment and systems; implement future-ready solutions.
•Work within multi-discipline project teams to develop drawings and specification documents for architects, contractors, and building owners.
•Attend client meetings and coordinate with internal project teams and external vendors/manufacturers.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with mechanical building systems emphasis.
•5-7 years of relevant post-education experience in engineering discipline and prior mechanical design experience.
•Engineer in Training Certification.
•Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
•Knowledge of building, mechanical and energy codes.
