Location: Singapore
Workplace: Onsite
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate AI models with robotic hardware, sensors, and embedded systems to bring perception and language-driven capabilities to physical platforms.
  • •Improve robustness, reliability, and safety for robotic systems operating in real-world, unstructured environments.
  • •Test and validate algorithms in simulation and real deployments, iterating based on field data to close the loop between robot behavior and training.
  • •Bring up, tune, and debug the autonomy stack (localization, mapping, navigation, perception) on real hardware, from sensor calibration to real-time performance.
  • •Diagnose end-to-end failures and collaborate across robotics, ML, and systems to deliver end-to-end autonomous solutions from prototype through production deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related discipline such as Computer Science, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • •Strong software engineering in Python and/or C++ with clean, high-performance code and comfort improving production codebases.
  • •Knowledge of robotics frameworks such as ROS/ROS2.
  • •Experience with robot perception and state estimation (e.g., SLAM, localization/mapping, path planning, sensor fusion, or computer vision) plus solid math fundamentals.
