Job Summary

Own net-new design partner acquisition for a brand-new product by positioning it so prospects take a call and commit to onboarding. You’ll run outbound with a tight ICP/ECP qualification framework, build lists and personalized messaging using agentic tools and LLMs, and manage the Agreement and Onboard stages end-to-end. Collaborate closely with the Product trio and ensure structured handoffs and partner health tracking.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the story and write messaging that drives strangers to take a call, positioning trust as the product and leading with competitor gaps.
•Build net-new pipeline against a tight ECP by disqualifying fast and using an ICP/ECP-style qualification framework.
•Run the Agreement and Onboard stages yourself, collaborating closely with the Product trio.
•Hold the line on the Design Partnership with time-boxed, scoped engagements conditional on an agreed commercial path.
•Structure product handoffs so feedback has context, track partner health and stage progression, and secure logo/testimonial/case study commitments in the agreement.

Key Requirements

•Be AI-native: use agentic tools and LLMs to draft messaging, build lists, and personalize outbound at scale, and defend autonomous decisions to a skeptical CISO.
•Have brought a new product to market before with zero existing customers, and be able to explain the product to secure the first cohort.
•Have done real outbound and built pipeline yourself (not managed campaigns).
•Write direct copy that lands with strangers.
•Be based in London and comfortable being in office minimally 2 days/week, while also working asynchronously and autonomously while remote.
