Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and oversee daily maintenance activities to support production goals, monitoring equipment performance and responding to failures.
•Manage maintenance work orders in SAP CMMS, ensuring work orders are created, assigned, executed, documented, and closed, and prioritize the maintenance backlog.
•Drive execution and quality of preventive maintenance programs, ensuring PM compliance and identifying recurring equipment failures for reliability improvements.
•Provide operational oversight for critical utility systems (HVAC, water systems, utility infrastructure, process support systems), including monitoring performance, responding to alarms, and enforcing LOTO.
•Support safety and reliability improvements by conducting safety observations, investigating incidents and near misses, participating in root cause investigations, and supporting CAPA implementation.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems.
•Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
•Experience using CMMS systems (SAP preferred) with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
