Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain marketing materials, pitch books, and industry/company reports and presentations for internal use and client meetings.
  • •Build and maintain comparable databases and transaction-specific models (e.g., valuation, merger, acquisition financing, upstream/midstream cash flow, and NPV analysis).
  • •Provide regular transaction overviews and deal reports to keep the broader banking team updated.
  • •Support deal execution across capital markets, loan syndications, and advisory processes by managing client and lender requests and maintaining diligence materials.
  • •Participate in due diligence sessions and support special projects to generate new business.

Salary: USD 119,400 - 136,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or Military Experience.
  • •At least 1 year of banking experience in corporate banking, capital markets, or investment banking.
  • •FINRA licenses Series 79 and 63.
  • •Experience with financial modeling.
