Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary interface with OIG stakeholders for the ServiceNow IT Sustainment Support Services program.
  • •Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated program plan and schedule.
  • •Oversee coordination of priorities, staffing, capacity, resources, dependencies, milestones, deliverables, and Government decision points.
  • •Manage work using Government-approved ServiceNow project/portfolio/demand and Agile/work-management capabilities, including tracking program risks, issues, actions, decisions, and dependencies.
  • •Lead contract deliverables, reporting, and performance oversight; oversee architecture, development, testing, release management, OCM, and knowledge transfer; maintain visibility into performance metrics and backlogs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •Active Secret clearance.
  • •IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, CISSP).
  • •8+ years of IT program/project management experience, including enterprise platform implementation, modernization, managed services, or large-scale IT sustainment.
  • •Experience managing ServiceNow platform capabilities and full lifecycle enterprise application deployments, including ITSM/CMDB, integrations, reporting, and release management.
