Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently lead commissioning activities including system checkout, instrumentation calibration, loop checks, communication testing, and system startup.
  • •Troubleshoot and optimize compressor, turbine, expander, and process control systems, including advanced control loop tuning.
  • •Read and interpret P&IDs, instrument loop diagrams, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and process documentation to support field troubleshooting.
  • •Provide advanced remote and on-site technical support, lifecycle service support, and technical consultation for CCC systems.
  • •Develop commissioning documentation and field service records, complete administrative tasks, and mentor junior Field Service Engineers while collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience commissioning, maintaining, troubleshooting, or supporting turbomachinery control systems (compressors, steam turbines, gas turbines, expanders, generators) or advanced industrial process control systems.
  • •Experience starting up, commissioning, and optimizing industrial control systems in refinery, petrochemical, power generation, LNG, or oil & gas facilities.
  • •Ability to interpret P&IDs, electrical drawings, loop diagrams, and control system documentation.
  • •Ability and willingness to travel internationally, including offshore and remote customer locations (up to 70% travel).
