Key Responsibilities

  • •End-to-end account management of an existing portfolio of Commercial clients.
  • •Provide servicing, sales and client administration for your portfolio and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • •Proactively engage with clients around risks and insurance policies and respond to day-to-day queries including management of claims.
  • •Process renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currency, and invoicing.
  • •Support with execution of new business strategies and contribute to business growth projects and implementations.
