Administer and expand an existing client portfolio in the Wollongong area within a hybrid working setup. You will manage commercial clients, service portfolios, support new business strategies, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to drive risk-management solutions and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•End-to-end account management of an existing portfolio of Commercial clients.
•Provide servicing, sales and client administration for your portfolio and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
•Proactively engage with clients around risks and insurance policies and respond to day-to-day queries including management of claims.
•Process renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currency, and invoicing.
•Support with execution of new business strategies and contribute to business growth projects and implementations.
