Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and prepare your van for deliveries, maintaining full road compliance and completing all vehicle safety checks.
  • •Deliver as a Waitrose brand ambassador with customer service as the top priority.
  • •Help customers with their shopping and build rapport based on trust and service.
  • •Support the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks such as stock replenishment and housekeeping.

Key Requirements

  • •Full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • •Great customer service skills.
  • •Time management skills.
  • •Able to handle the physical requirements of the role, including lifting crates and moving cages.
