Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects from initiation through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final handover.
  • •Manage projects up to €2M, ensuring delivery within approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • •Develop execution plans, delivery strategies, schedules, budgets, and risk registers; maintain the client portfolio tracker.
  • •Coordinate all project stakeholders including consultants, contractors, suppliers, facility management teams, landlords, and client representatives.
  • •Lead procurement and commercial activities (tendering, contractor selection, bid evaluation, contract negotiations/administration) and oversee HSEQ compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering commercial fit-out projects.
  • •M&E HVAC experience.
  • •Fluency in both German and English.
  • •Ability to manage projects across scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • •Experience maintaining accurate project portfolio trackers and delivering reporting.
