Lead complex Commercial HVAC Controls / Building Automation projects in Long Island City, managing project administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction. Own project schedules and critical paths, manage change orders, and financially oversee cash flow, forecasting, collections support, and monthly project reviews. Serve as the main stakeholder point of contact, mentor team members, and collaborate with technicians, PMs, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.
