Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assigned Commercial HVAC Controls / Building Automation projects, serving as the stakeholder point of contact and managing project implementation and administration.
  • •Support sales by assisting with quote preparation and proposals, and manage change orders from recommendations through closing orders.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules, including task dependencies, milestones, critical path planning, and resource constraint identification.
  • •Manage project financials including cash flow, monthly forecasted cost/revenue, cost at completion, expenses monitoring, collections support, and monthly project reviews.
  • •Collaborate with technicians, team leads, PMs, and qualified subcontractors to oversee subcontractor RFQs, execution, project communications, and customer satisfaction actions.

Salary: USD 93,900 - 168,455 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Project Management degree is a plus.
  • •Combination of degree and/or 7-10 years of experience in HVAC Controls and Project Management.
  • •Proficient in resource / manpower planning.
  • •Experience leading teams comprised of different technical skill levels.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
