Own GTM enablement for the Growth Strategy (GS) team by designing and scaling onboarding, ever-boarding, certifications, and training. Capture best practices from top performers and turn them into repeatable frameworks, talk tracks, and playbooks. Partner with Product, Marketing, and GTME to translate releases into actionable workflows that drive adoption, retention, and measurable revenue impact—using AI and automation to personalize learning at scale.

•Design and scale onboarding and ever-boarding programs to accelerate ramp time through workshops, certifications, and training.
•Capture and scale best practices from top performers into repeatable frameworks, talk tracks, and playbooks.
•Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and GTME to translate product releases into actionable workflows and plays.
•Build and maintain enablement systems to support a rapidly growing GS team, using AI and automation to optimize knowledge sharing and personalize learning.
•Improve ramp time, increase adoption, and drive measurable performance across the GS organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years experience in enablement or customer success, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
•Ability to run workshops, certifications, and executive-level conversations.
•Technical fluency to understand data workflows, integrations, and automation concepts.
•Experience building and scaling enablement programs such as onboarding, ever-boarding, certifications, and playbooks.
•Experience building content and managing enablement systems (e.g., Notion, Gong, or an LMS) to centralize resources and measure adoption.
