•Act as a translator and steward of financial data, guiding users to understand and properly employ our single source of truth reporting, with knowledge of data center hardware and product roadmap.
•Manage multiple workstreams and maintain common fields across different requests.
•Analyze large data sets across platforms and systems; synthesize data to provide business insights and tell a story.
•Design and implement advanced data processing solutions in Python to analyze customer and product sales behaviors.
•Develop and maintain data governance policies to ensure data integrity, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in FP&A or Sales Operations, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau or Power BI); strong data modeling in SQL is essential.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Economics; MBA is a plus.
•Experience presenting findings from data analyses to senior management and team members.
•Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and lead change and process improvement.
•Experience in data governance, data integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
