Key Responsibilities

  • •Build trusted relationships with hiring managers across the globe — understand their teams, their needs, and what “great” looks like for every role
  • •Run full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and close — across multiple time zones and markets
  • •Design bold, creative sourcing strategies (think: beyond job boards) that build diverse, qualified pipelines fast
  • •Drive an outstanding candidate experience from first touch to signed offer, including navigating compensation nuances across regions
  • •Manage 5+ open requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-moving SaaS or tech startup
  • •Proven success sourcing and closing talent across multiple regions and countries
  • •A creative, scrappy sourcing mindset — direct outreach, social networking, and building talent communities
  • •Strong communication skills that translate across cultures and time zones
  • •Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
