Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and ensure timely, compliant reporting.
  • •Review and support other SEC-related reporting, including earnings releases, proxy statements, and annual shareholder reporting.
  • •Prepare and support annual FERC Form 1, quarterly FERC Form 3-Q, and OPUC supplemental reports while ensuring compliance.
  • •Perform technical accounting research on new/proposed standards and complex transactions, documenting issues and recommending outcomes.
  • •Provide support for the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) 302/404 compliance program and related financial systems activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • •5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • •Strong accounting and financial reporting skills with the ability to research and analyze complex issues.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of GAAP and regulatory accounting theory and practices.
  • •CPA certification is preferred.
