Job Summary

Operate and support production packaging and process work during the 3rd shift, while maintaining throughput, quality, and safety expectations. Execute equipment operation and follow JES documents on assigned lines, partner with line leads for cross-training opportunities, support sanitation/quality assurance and/or warehouse operations, and coordinate timely equipment issue resolution with line lead and maintenance. Participate in plant audits and ensure strong handoffs across shifts.

•Operate assigned production equipment to support the overall production schedule for the shift.
•Use knowledge of department processes and operate equipment across functions.
•Partner with line leads to identify cross-training and development opportunities for teams.
•Follow all JES documents for the job on the assigned line.
•Participate in plant audits, help execute class cleaning processes, communicate with line lead and maintenance to resolve equipment issues, and ensure good handoffs across shifts.

Salary: USD 21.25 hourly
