Key Responsibilities

•Build and deploy a reusable AI-powered service or integration that automates a critical workflow for a business team.
•Design and implement connectors between AI systems and internal or third-party platforms such as Salesforce or Workday.
•Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and translate them into scalable internal tools or workflows.
•Improve reliability and performance of existing AI-enabled systems by debugging across APIs, services, and infrastructure.
•Evaluate new AI tools/frameworks and contribute to security/compliance decisions for scalable adoption.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software engineering or related technical roles; independently scope ambiguous problems and design scalable systems
•Strong hands-on experience building production systems with modern languages and frameworks
•Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs and integrating them into applications/workflows
•Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations
•Familiarity with authentication and security patterns such as OAuth, JWT, and IAM
