Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate interfaces among project disciplines, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, utility providers, and government authorities.
  • •Develop, maintain, and monitor Interface Registers and associated action trackers.
  • •Facilitate interface meetings and drive resolution of technical, design, and stakeholder issues.
  • •Identify interface risks, dependencies, and conflicts and support mitigation measures implementation.
  • •Track interface actions, monitor progress, ensure timely closure of issues, and prepare interface reports, dashboards, and status updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • •5-12 years of relevant experience in Roads, Transportation, Infrastructure, or Utilities projects.
  • •Proven experience as an Interface Coordinator, Interface Engineer, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
  • •Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and multiple project stakeholders.
  • •Experience managing Interface Registers and interface management procedures.
