Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily operations of the ERL China laboratory, including managing facilities, equipment, calibration, inventory, and lifecycle management.
  • •Lead and support laboratory EHS programs and 5S activities, including safety inspections, corrective action follow-up, and documentation to ensure compliance.
  • •Develop and maintain laboratory procedures, work instructions, testing standards, reports, records, and technical documentation.
  • •Support project test planning and Design of Experiments (DoE), including experiment preparation, setup, execution, troubleshooting, and safe completion.
  • •Coordinate internal and external testing activities such as sample preparation, logistics, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •5+ years of relevant laboratory/testing/R&D/engineering experience, including laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, technical documentation, and medium-voltage testing.
  • •Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, layouts, and technical manuals.
  • •Strong knowledge of laboratory quality, safety, EHS, and 5S requirements.
  • •Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments and measurement equipment; English communication and Microsoft Office proficiency.
