Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct nutrition consultations and scheduled outbound follow-up calls with customers.
  • •Assess goals, medical history, dietary intake, lifestyle factors, and progress to guide nutrition plans.
  • •Support customers with plan suitability, calorie intake, portions, meal selection, and weight tracking.
  • •Provide evidence-based nutrition education and recommendations aligned with customers’ health and wellness goals.
  • •Support CX with nutrition-related inquiries and help develop FAQs, guides, and internal resources.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field (BSc).
  • •Valid NHRA license or in the process of obtaining one.
  • •Ability to communicate nutrition information simply and practically.
  • •Good organization and documentation skills.
  • •Fluency in Arabic and English.
