Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects across the On Demand business.
  • •Coordinate with teams across Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and other functions.
  • •Track project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • •Analyze operational data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • •Prepare project updates, presentations, and recommendations; help launch initiatives across multiple markets.

Key Requirements

  • •Recently graduated from high school or university, with little to no professional experience.
  • •Strong interest in organizing projects, people, and ideas with a drive to take ownership.
  • •Curiosity about how businesses operate and grow, and comfort communicating clearly with different people.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in fast-moving environments.
  • •Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, project management tools, or AI tools is a plus.
