Job Summary

Drive premium finance growth by identifying client and prospect opportunities, generating new premium finance loans, and managing the client retention process. Research and prepare proposals and finance agreements for ARS clients, advise colleagues and clients on premium finance questions, and work with the premium finance company to optimize deal structures. Maintain account tracking logs and provide training to Aon account teams while supporting the Premium Finance President across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet with account teams and office leaders to identify clients and prospects for financing by reviewing renewal and target lists.
•Generate new premium finance loans and drive the client retention process.
•Research, analyze, and prepare proposals and finance agreements for ARS clients, using software or direct contact with a premium finance company.
•Capture and manage account data on renewals and prospects, working with the premium finance company to resolve deal structure.
•Create and follow up on proposals, negotiate insurance premium finance alternatives, and support premium finance training for Aon account teams.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of financial documents and the insurance industry structure, policies, and issues.
•Basic knowledge of types of insurance coverages, including ability to read binders.
•1-3 years of insurance premium finance experience preferred, or related insurance industry experience.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, including negotiating and presenting clearly and concisely.
•Self-motivated, results oriented, able to manage multiple projects; strong Excel skills and Microsoft experience (including Copilot/ChatGPT).
