•Review and approve project plans, permits, and measurements before purchasing product.
•Communicate with customers throughout the installation life-cycle.
•Coordinate with Sales Representatives, Measure Technicians, and Technical Reviewers to resolve contract, change order, and pricing issues.
•Examine measures and contracts for unforeseen issues, suggest product edits for proper fit and finish, and implement required alterations before ordering.
•Document structural concerns and required permits/drawings, and analyze incoming jobs to ensure accuracy and alignment with offered product and installation.
