Job Summary

Provide end-to-end technical support for a specific customer, serving as the intermediary and field escalation focal point for installations, fleet performance, upgrades, and improvement programs. Support engineering through Alpha/Beta Site activities for new hardware, software, processes, and tooling, including documentation and ECO review. Generate and present system performance metrics (e.g., MTBF/MTBI/availability) and ensure field implementation of upgrades and technical improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Own technical support responsibilities for a specific customer, including escalations, fleet performance, installations, improvement programs, and upgrades.
•Act as intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer and the division, providing technical support and documentation for field teams.
•Provide Alpha Site support related to installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing for new in-house or engineering tool designs.
•Provide Beta Site support related to installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing for new hardware, software, or processes on customer tools.
•Initiate and review ECOs to ensure data supports fixes, generate/present system performance data, and support GPS documentation including CENs and BKMs.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Demonstrate conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
•Solve complex customer and equipment problems using judgment across multiple sources of information.
•Provide technical support for system installations, upgrades, calibration, service, and/or testing.
•Generate and review technical documentation, including support plans and improvements.
•Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects with manageable scope.
