Key Responsibilities

•Proactively manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customer accounts, owning timelines, coordination, and execution to drive strong retention outcomes.
•Engage with customers 120 days in advance to secure timely renewals.
•Prepare renewal quotes and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their usage, needs, and challenges; act as a trusted advisor to maximize value.
•Utilize data and reporting tools to track renewal performance, forecast renewals, and identify at-risk accounts.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in a customer facing sales or revenue role within a fast-paced, competitive environment.
•Demonstrated experience owning deals or commercial outcomes through close, including renewals, expansions, or contract execution.
•A track record of strong performance against defined targets, metrics, or goals.
•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to a diverse audience, both internally and externally.
•Strong problem-solving, organization, and negotiation skills.
