Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and seek approval for project budget baselines and manage budgets and resource allocation within approved limits.
  • •Collect and analyze client requirements, manage client relations and expectations, and ensure client satisfaction with design deliverables.
  • •Create project management plans, scope baselines, work breakdown structures, and critical path schedules for sector design projects.
  • •Manage project delivery across all design stages, including leading design teams, coordinating with technical design leaders, and integrating designs across departments.
  • •Oversee quality assurance and risk management, manage sub-consultants, lead kick-off meetings, and support tender/supervision activities as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • •Master’s in engineering or business administration preferred.
  • •PMP certification.
  • •12+ years of industry experience in sector design, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • •Minimum 2 years of project management experience in sector design projects, including experience with a regional/multinational engineering consultancy and in the Middle East.
