•Ensure engineering documents, standards, and technical requirements are consistent and coordinate engineering documentation with other functional support groups.
•Provide recommendations on complex issues, cost estimation, and construction support.
•Assist with development, recommendation, and implementation of policies related to engineering management, engineering standards, and technical requirements, including infrastructure development, system development, design, and construction support with change management.
•Assist with engineering activities to support planning, development, procurement, design, and construction of the projects.
•Manage the engineering activities of preliminary engineering, alternative technical concepts, design, and design variances.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS with 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent, including 2 years of leadership.

•Experience in engineering management for large-scale rail projects or programs (preferred).
