Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the quote-to-cash roadmap aligned with business strategy and design end-to-end Q2C processes with global standardization.
  • •Act as functional and architectural SME for Q2C modules and lead requirements sessions and governance of releases and feature adoption.
  • •Drive adoption of AI across Q2C modules by designing AI-driven workflows and integrating AI capabilities into end-to-end digital journeys.
  • •Partner with Q2C leadership, COEs, operations, and IT teams to advise on business strategy and transformation initiatives.
  • •Lead and support end-to-end Q2C programs including implementation, enhancements, upgrades, global rollouts, and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) enterprise applications and business processes.
  • •5+ years of experience in sales commissions architecture, implementation, and transformation programs.
  • •Proven ability to lead large-scale Q2C transformation initiatives including process redesign and organizational change management.
  • •Experience partnering with executive stakeholders to define target-state architectures, roadmaps, and business outcomes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
