Job Summary

Own and optimize day-to-day eCommerce payment operations across site and app in the EM market. Track and analyze payment performance KPIs and SLAs, monitor transaction health, and support payment optimizations to improve conversion and reduce revenue leakage. Coordinate with IT, payment service providers, finance, and risk/fraud teams on implementations, testing, escalations, incident resolution, and reconciliations, including settlements, refunds, chargebacks, and settlement payouts.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and optimize daily eCommerce payment operations by monitoring transactions, KPIs, SLAs, and identifying anomalies or trends
•Analyze payment funnel drop-offs and recommend payment performance optimization opportunities and best practices
•Support payment projects, enhancements, and new payment method integrations in coordination with IT and payment service providers, including UAT and DRY runs
•Serve as first-level escalation for payment issues, coordinating incident resolution with IT/PSPs and ensuring fallback/workaround mechanisms during outages
•Perform reconciliation between payment gateways/OMS and banks/transactions, support refunds and chargeback handling, and ensure timely settlement cycles and payouts

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
•2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, Payments, or FinTech operations
•Experience working with payment gateways or financial systems
•Ability to use analytics/monitoring tools to track payment performance and identify checkout funnel drop-offs
•Advanced Excel skills for reconciliation, payment reporting, and large dataset analysis
