Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the day-to-day performance of distribution centre and logistics operations in Australia.
  • •Partner with the DC Manager, internal stakeholders, and 3PL providers to support smooth execution.
  • •Align with 3PL partners on operational priorities, volumes, service expectations, and performance outcomes.
  • •Monitor and report warehouse performance across productivity, OTIF, service levels, inventory accuracy, and cost.
  • •Analyse operational data to identify risks, trends, issues, and improvement opportunities; support inventory accuracy and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •3-5 years’ experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain analytics.
  • •Experience working with third-party logistics providers in Australia.
  • •Experience using operational data, reporting, and performance insights to support decision-making and improvement.
  • •Strong understanding of distribution centre, warehouse, or logistics operations and relevant KPIs.
