Job Summary

Design, implement, and govern enterprise identity, authentication, and access services to secure users, credentials, application access, and PKI-based trust across enterprise and cloud-connected environments. Architect directory services (including LDAP), access control and identity lifecycle processes, and vault/secrets management integrations. Drive IAM modernization, high availability and disaster recovery, federation (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), and compliance alignment with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, and GDPR.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the architecture, design, and governance of enterprise IAM services to support business, security, and operational requirements.
•Architect authentication and access control mechanisms and define identity lifecycle processes for onboarding, access changes, and offboarding.
•Design secure access enforcement and entitlement models for enterprise systems and applications.
•Integrate vault/secrets management and PKI-based trust, including certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and automation.
•Ensure IAM high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery; conduct health checks and security assessments; support audits and remediation plans.

Salary: USD 132,000 - 181,500 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in enterprise IT or Information Security with strong specialization in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
•Proven experience designing and leading enterprise-scale IAM architectures, including directory services, authentication, access controls, and identity governance.
•Hands-on expertise with LDAP-based platforms, authentication solutions, and access enforcement technologies.
•Experience designing and operating PKI/certificate lifecycle management and vault or secrets management for secure credential handling.
•Strong knowledge of cloud identity integration, hybrid IAM models, and federation standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
