Job Summary

Develop and grow private banking business across CIS client segments, including UHNWI/HNWI and family offices, driving AUM and revenue targets while expanding FAB’s market share. Build and manage a portfolio through “hunting” and “farming,” identify opportunities, and coordinate cross-selling across Gulf and global branches. Provide ultra-high-level investment solutions and service 24/7, perform KYC/AML/PEP and due diligence, and monitor portfolios for diversification and performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and develop a client base of HNWI/UHNWI, generating net new business and obtaining/maintaining business via referrals and recommendations within the group.
•Manage end-to-end projects and coordinate with other group colleagues to support private banking objectives.
•Develop new business through personal sources, professional connections, and bank introductions; spot opportunities externally and within the group.
•Coordinate and promote prospects and business with other relationship managers and group coordinates globally; drive cross-selling across Gulf and other global branches/offices.
•Assess prospects and convert them into clients through due diligence (including PEPs, OFAC, AML, and KYC), develop optimal investment solutions, and ensure ongoing client monitoring and portfolio diversification.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years’ experience in private banking with exposure to other banking environments or investment companies.
•In-depth knowledge of the private banking trilogy: banking, portfolio/investment management, and fiduciary wealth protection (offshore trusts/companies/foundations).
•Detailed knowledge of anti-money laundering requirements, OFAC, and know-your-customer (KYC) for international private banking.
•Strong relationship management, business development, and marketing skills in international private banking.
•Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic, French, Hindi, and/or Urdu are desirable based on client geography.
