Key Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee a specific kitchen station (e.g., sauces, grill, pastry) to ensure timely preparation and service.
•Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
•Oversee inventory for the assigned section, including ordering and stock control, and contribute to menu planning and recipe development.
•Supervise and train junior cooks and kitchen staff, delegating tasks and maintaining a collaborative work environment.
•Coordinate with the Head Chef and other Chef de Parties to ensure kitchen coordination and overall service efficiency, while upholding health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Culinary Arts or related certification
•Minimum 5 years of working experience, with 3 years relevant experience; GCC experience is a plus
•Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and safety standards
•Experience in kitchen management including inventory control, stock rotation, and equipment maintenance
•Ability to supervise and train junior kitchen staff and contribute to menu planning and recipe development
