Build exceptional small-business and consumer client experiences through consultative sales and service at branch locations. Grow a lending pipeline by deepening client relationships, conducting outbound outreach, and participating in banking presentations. Educate clients on bank products (including digital banking), recommend solutions, and support lending by completing applications and ensuring accurate documentation. Open and maintain accounts, process transactions, and contribute to coaching and training within the branch community banking team.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional client experiences through consultative sales and service interactions at branch locations.
•Grow and maintain consumer and business lending pipeline by deepening relationships and generating referrals.
•Conduct outbound calls, networking, and participate in banking presentations to generate new business.
•Open and maintain accounts, support branch lending activities (educate clients, complete loan applications, ensure accurate documentation and booking), and process routine transactions accurately.
•Support branch operations by contributing to training, mentoring, and coaching of team members.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED (Required).
•4+ years of experience as a banker, client relationship consultant, or related sales role with established performance goals (Required).

•Comfort working with complex account types such as Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Guardianships, and Court‑Blocked accounts.
•Strong sales, cross‑selling, networking, and referral management skills.
