Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 220,000 annually

  • •8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on PhD-level Research Scientist or applied research roles in AI/ML.
  • •Proven success recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
  • •Familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area academic and research talent landscape (university labs and research programs).
  • •Ability to evaluate research talent via publication history, conference presence, and academic pedigree.
