Job Summary

Own customer-facing setup, integration, and deployment of BigID discovery tools. Translate client requirements into working solutions, lead implementation engagements, and troubleshoot deployment issues to root cause. Partner across Engineering and Product to improve rollout and documentation, and deliver technical training tailored to audiences ranging from hands-on admins to executive stakeholders. Work within the EST time zone and support successful customer integration end-to-end.

•Plan and lead implementation engagements by deploying solution components and configuring the product for each client environment.
•Collaborate across internal teams and client organizations to ensure smooth rollout and successful integration.
•Deliver technical training tailored to the audience, from hands-on admins to executive stakeholders.
•Identify root causes of deployment issues and work with Engineering and Product to document field issues and enhancement requests.

Key Requirements

•3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, ideally in product implementation or hands-on deployment in enterprise environments.
•Strong troubleshooting and operational knowledge across areas like compute, storage, networking, databases, DevOps, big data/analytics, security, and application development.
•Proven full solution lifecycle experience, including problem identification, system design/specification, implementation, testing, client training, and deployment.
•Hands-on experience deploying with Docker and Kubernetes.
•Working knowledge of databases (MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, or IBM DB2) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), plus REST API experience and Java/Python scripting.
