•Manage a portfolio of fashion merchants and drive FBT adoption, usage, and long-term growth.
•Build strong merchant relationships by understanding business needs, addressing operational challenges, and providing strategic recommendations.
•Support day-to-day FBT operations including enquiries, inventory planning, inbound shipments, billing, and issue resolution.
•Identify opportunities to onboard new fashion merchants by pitching the FBT value proposition and overcoming adoption barriers.
•Gather merchant feedback, identify operational gaps, and work cross-functionally to improve products and processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with business/marketing understanding and analytical thinking.

•Fluent English + Chinese (written and spoken) for communication with Chinese merchants and vendors.
