Manufacturing Operations Manager(2nd Shift )

Supervise production and/or operations activities to manufacture capital equipment and electronic/mechanical components and subsystems. Own production scheduling based on manpower, capacity, equipment efficiency, and materials, and ensure cycle-time and other performance metrics improve. Lead milestone and operational meetings, drive safety, Lean, and quality compliance, and interface to ensure customer and vendor requirements are met. Manage hiring, discipline, performance management, and employee development.
