•Assist new customers with onboarding, training, and getting started smoothly.
•Manage key customer accounts as the main point of contact and advocate internally for expansion opportunities.
•Provide product expertise and communicate benefits/solutions to customers.
•Create and deliver customer training materials and webinars to maximize product value.
•Monitor usage for renewals/upselling, prevent churn, and report on engagement and satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, etc.).

•Familiarity with CRM software (plus).
