Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary contact for payment-related inquiries, investigations, and servicing requests across the payment lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate with Payment Operations, Sanctions, and Relationship Management teams to resolve client issues.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 7 years of banking services, cash management, payments, operations, or client servicing experience.
