Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute end-to-end category sourcing strategies balancing cost, quality, lead time, capacity, and supply security.
  • •Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers; manage supplier relationships using QBRs, scorecards, capacity planning, and performance management.
  • •Structure and negotiate complex supplier agreements including MSAs, SOWs, LTAs, pricing agreements, and NRE terms.
  • •Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing during NPI to align design intent with supplier capability and drive design-to-cost.
  • •De-risk supply chains by monitoring market dynamics and upstream constraints and implementing mitigation strategies like dual-sourcing.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in global sourcing, strategic procurement, or supplier management in a high-tech or regulated manufacturing environment.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Working command of commercial contract law and experience with should-cost modeling and closing complex, high-value agreements.
  • •Proven experience managing a global supplier base, including audits and scaling supply from prototype to high-rate production.
  • •Technical fluency to read engineering drawings/specs and translate between engineering and supplier commercial/technical teams.
