•Own and manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption of Insider One’s platform.
•Collaborate with internal technical resources to train customers and maximize product usage and value.
•Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels to understand business and technical goals.
•Define KPIs and success metrics to drive early adoption and ROI for clients.
•Coordinate with client agencies and third parties to ensure alignment and a seamless post-onboarding transition to Customer Success & Support teams.
