Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall support for OHSE matters at AF-Teningen and deploy AF EMEA strategic initiatives.
  • •Drive health and safety and environmental standards and performance across the site.
  • •Manage annual operational and capital OHSE budgets.
  • •Plan and supervise safety measures, conduct audits, and maintain an integrated OHSE management system including external yearly certifications.
  • •Monitor OHSE incidents, analyse causes, define measures, and train coworkers and contractors on risk assessment and OHSE requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-level qualification (Engineering, Science, or Operations) or equivalent industrial experience.
  • •4–5 years’ experience in an industrial environment.
  • •Production environment experience, including diverse technologies and exhaust air cleaning systems (e.g., regenerative thermal oxidiser) as an advantage.
  • •Ability to motivate coworkers in OHSE performance and drive continuous improvement/quality improvement.
  • •Fluent German and proficiency in English.
