Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive employee wellbeing program initiatives, participation rates, and site health reports for Trust & Safety teams within APAC.
  • •Provide subject matter expertise and evidence-based wellbeing solutions and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Build site-level expertise to recommend tailored wellbeing programming interventions aligned to cultural and business needs.
  • •Set and monitor wellbeing productivity targets with vendor clinicians and workload assignments to ensure appropriate site coverage.
  • •Drive psychoeducational training and coordinate wellbeing-related engagements with outsourced partners, while monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-graduate degree or equivalent professional qualifications in health psychology, behavioural science, or a related health behavior field.
  • •3+ years of experience supporting evidence-based health and wellbeing programs and initiatives in a corporate context.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • •Experience providing consultancy on complex topics in a business environment.
  • •Strong project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels.
