Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose HVAC system problems during servicing on customer site visits and assigned projects.
  • •Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), customer breakdowns, warranty work, and hire/commissioning workloads.
  • •Maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
  • •Collaborate with the service desk, sales, and operations team by sharing key customer insights and updates.
  • •Generate regular reports on completed invoiced work orders and communicate with supervisors/regional service managers to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Category 1 (I) F-Gas C&G 2079 Level 2 certification and hold COCN1, CIGA1 & ICPN1.
  • •Proven experience in service or field-based technician roles with strong customer service principles.
  • •Ability to diagnose system problems when servicing products and equipment, following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Proficiency in using apps, diagnostic software, and MS Office Suite, including generating reports on completed work orders.
  • •UK Driving license and ability to cover standby and callouts on a planned schedule including weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.
