Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the overall QHSE & Technical Excellence strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • •Oversee QHSE policies, procedures, and compliance requirements across all projects.
  • •Provide technical support to maintenance and installation teams and ensure quality control inspections before handover.
  • •Lead people management for QHSE Engineers, QA/QC Inspectors, and Technical Specialists/Trainers, including training and performance coaching.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using KPIs, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and initiatives to reduce MTBC and recurring breakdowns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • •NEBOSH Certification.
  • •Minimum 10+ years’ experience in the elevator/escalator industry or similar.
  • •Strong experience in QHSE, quality control, and technical operations.
  • •Experience aligning with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
