Job Summary

Own the QHSE and Technical Excellence strategy and drive day-to-day implementation across installation, maintenance, and operational projects. Lead quality inspections and testing prior to client handover, support troubleshooting and fault analysis, and reduce MTBC through continuous improvement. Manage QHSE Engineers and QA/QC Inspectors, build training and competency programs, and ensure alignment with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement the overall QHSE & Technical Excellence strategy aligned with company objectives.
•Oversee QHSE policies, procedures, and compliance requirements across all projects.
•Provide technical support to maintenance and installation teams and ensure quality control inspections before handover.
•Lead people management for QHSE Engineers, QA/QC Inspectors, and Technical Specialists/Trainers, including training and performance coaching.
•Drive continuous improvement using KPIs, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and initiatives to reduce MTBC and recurring breakdowns.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
•NEBOSH Certification.
•Minimum 10+ years’ experience in the elevator/escalator industry or similar.
•Strong experience in QHSE, quality control, and technical operations.
•Experience aligning with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
