Estimator II

Lead the estimation and proposal process for engineered “Y Special” pre- and post-orders, ensuring accurate pricing, delivery estimates, and high-quality order execution. Coordinate with customers, channel partners, sales, marketing, technology, other estimating teams, and the factory to define proposal requirements, validate requests, and manage proposal logs. Oversee team productivity, mentor junior colleagues, implement standard templates using SFDC/CPQ/SAP, and release engineering outputs through change processes.
